There were three double ended bolts but only five nuts in the pack. This meant I had to go to a hardware store to buy a nut of the same size as those in the pack. Also, a pre-drillied hole was not deep enough to take one of the components that a steel rod fixes into and I couldn't do anything about that other than glue the rod into place. If I could have I would have repacked the item and sent it back as it was not cheap but I needed to use the kneeling chair urgently to resolve back pain caused by inadequate seating during home working. All in all quite disappointing.

Easy to put together and comfortable. Knee pad could do with more padding. The bar that adjusts the height feels a bit rickety. Not bad for the price but if you are going to use it all the time it might be worth investing in a better quality version.

The wooden frame is okay, and I use the chair without casters as it is too high for me with them attached (although I am shorter than average and use a standard IKEA desk).It would have been a strong four stars if it had better cushions. Pictures show what they look like after just one week of using the chair.

A vital part (the height adjuster was cross thread and stuck) was not checked before being dispatched. Stopped the chair from functioning.

Cercherò di essere breve: comincio a credere che le recensioni siano pilotate anche qui su Amazon. Sono alto 1.83 e non sono una piuma (95kg). Ho un'ernia e una protusione in due punti differenti e cercavo una seduta del genere dato che quelle classiche mi creano problemi. Ho cercato un prodotto più economico per valutare l'acquisto di quella originale, ben più costosa, e le recensioni lette mi hanno fatto propendere per questa. Il legno sembra di buona qualità, ma tutto il resto è veramente scadente. Solito problema di chiavi e viti in pessimo materiale, che si spanano appena si tenta di avvitare un attimino meglio. E una vite spanata è una vite inutile. Oltre questo problema, una delle parti portanti ha un'evidente crepa (in foto) che non mi garantisce una durata sufficiente dello sgabello. Le ruote fanno pena, ma non è pensabile non montarle perché danno quello spessore sufficiente a posizionare i piedi. In breve: senza ruote non saprete come e dove mettere i piedi. In conclusione, non riesco a capire in che modo posizionare l'altezza della seduta. Sono abbastanza alto ma anche tenendola al minimo ho l'impressione che ci sia troppo spazio libero tra il busto e le gambe, e avere le gambe libere mi dà l'impressione che vanifichi la postura assunta. Le istruzioni non sono un granché, ma basta studiarle un attimino e il montaggio non risulta così tanto difficile, se non fosse, come dicevo, per la qualità dei materiali.La restituirò, non sono soddisfatto.Il prodotto è da tre stelle, ne ho messo una sola per abbassare la media, dato che le quasi cinque di adesso sono totalmente regalate.Andate su altro.

Le produit correspond à mes attentes. Un seul problème, lors du montage du siège, une pièce en bois n'était pas percée. Etant bricoleur, j'ai remédié au problème.
