I've had one of these vests before. However, through no one's fault but my own, the product was too small. It just about fit around the love handles! However, once it was on, it was snug and helped me sweat a lot more out at the gym!High quality but definitely do not put in the washing machine (that's what happened to my last one) as the neoprene will break down and you won't have a smooth product anymore. It will feel clumpy like it's stuck to itself.

Just a bit of cheap material that makes you sweat when doing a hard using weights and the best way to take it off is to pull down your body otherwise you will never get it of 🤗 it's not very long it's very small made am a UK 10/12 and I bought a large and I struggled with it also handwash it out when you're done showering and hang it over the shower curtain rail to drip dry for the next use it will keep it's shape better not something you would wear for anyone to see 🤗

I am a size 14 so bought XL it is very tight and uncomfortable so i can only wear it for a short while before it starts to give me breathing difficulties. I would take caution when wearing this as it can be difficult to get on and off so make sure you have some one who can help you take it off (if necessary) or you could end up stuck in this vest finding it very difficult to breath and end up seriously ill

Well suited to my size. It sits well on the figure. The warming effect is felt. It absorbs well, sweat does not leak and supports the chest well. But there is a huge minus: it is impossible to remove oneself without help. And it is very inconvenient. You can use it only at home.

This item was very uncomfortable . I wore this top throughout the day while I was exercising over didn’t make me sweat any more than it stated. I wouldn’t waste your money as this cheaper version is no good

Amazing! Love this as it increases sweating during workout. I have lost about 5inches off my waist with it and will keep using it! The only thing I'd say is when washing it make sure you take it out before the drying cycle begins, otherwise it shrinks and becomes useless lol

Omg this vest is so good my mother ordered 1, I wore it on power walks and doing workouts in the house. After 1 week I noticed the difference by inches lost, you can hand wash and it dries within hours. It's a snug fit so buy the next size up from what you would normally. I am size 10-12 ordered size L and it fits perfectly. I see a lot of people have issue with having half tummy out but to me it does cover fully. The only thing I don't like is that the stitching is on the fabric. It goes from foldover to over the edge of fabric. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be or not. I can't wait to wear it for work because I know I will sweat a lot.
