I had a hard time waiting for my milk to come in as my daughter was born early. I was skeptical, I’m 2 months into breastfeeding for the first time ever. Right away I got clogged milk ducts. All the massaging and cabbages leaves in the world wouldn't help! I looked into this product and it worked. I now take it daily to prevent another clog. Bottle is big and has more then enough! Easy to use no bad side effects for me. Thankful for the sunflower lecithin. As for the milk producers those upset my stomach. I didn’t really notice a difference in my supply. Made me really gassy!
