I really like this Sauna blanket! It is large, gets hot quickly, the timer and remote work perfectly, it has great effect on the body and any clean up is quick and easy! The layering is great and protects the Infrared heating wires well.It's great in the winter with the cold weather too - warms you up very nicely while the sauna improves your health!It's well worth the inexpensive cost to improve your health!

I've used this unit twice so far, and I find it amazing. When I purchased it, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The first time, I set the temperature too low. I prefer around 130°F to 140°F, but I had to gradually work up to that temperature.Here’s what I experienced:1. At first, my body temperature was uneven—my legs and chest felt cooler than my stomach. I could feel the heat being absorbed into the cooler areas first.2. Over time, my body became a uniform temperature from my neck to my toes. I expected to feel like I was "cooking," but instead, something else happened.3. I automatically entered a meditative state, somewhere between being awake and asleep.4. I developed a light sweat.5. After about an hour, I wanted to get out. I’m 6 feet tall and 290 lbs. While the blanket isn’t tight, it’s not as loose as being in bed.6. My core remained warm throughout the night.7. The next day at work, people joked that they should drug test me because I was so relaxed!I would definitely recommend this product. More expensive models are made of leather, but this one works great.One thing to note: when the timer expires, the controller shuts off the power. At first, I thought the unit was broken, but it worked fine the next day.

Okay there seems to be a lot of problems with these electric blanket bags that are supposed to be saunas let's break it down to see what's kind of going on and why it seems to have some poor construction and problems.I purchased this to help with my arthritis pain in my legs I figured well heat will help with the pain right so I bought the first bag thinking it would be a great solution and the heat wasn't very consistent in that bag but the controller was big and nice and easy for me to see since my vision isn't the best I loved the large controller but the bag itself just wouldn't get very hot and then it started after like 5 uses started having hot and cold spots it was really weird and then I saw a picture of someone getting burned by one and I thought well that could easily happen to me cuz I can't necessarily notice that I'm burning when I'm covering clothes and sweating in a bag but then it stopped getting warm enough and I didn't sweat anymore because it just was like an electric blanket so I returned that one.I bought a second one to see if it was just a fluke cuz I really like the heat on my legs I need something to help with the pain so the second one the controller gets super hot to the touch. I tried it for one use and I'm fully clothed and I put the controller down on the floor and I was surprised when like the 60 minutes was up cuz I was timing it with my phone because I couldn't see the controller because the controller is on the ground and the blanket is on the bed I put the on top of the bed at least. Then my phone timer went off 60 minutes and the controller was super hot to the touch so now I'm just really worried like what is going on with these bags is it going to start a fire I don't know well guys this just seems like a good idea but then like maybe the engineering of it is just not so good so I'm going to have to return it again which is a real hassle for me cuz it's hard to move.
