Nice and Compact
Let me start off by saying I love this combo. The case it comes in store everything nice and neat. The Rod and Reel combo is really nice for the money. I feel it is a quality rod and reel and even comes with (basic) lures. Going to use it today and if anything changes with what I said , I will update review.

Very compact... grate for hiking, fits in booking Very well. Better than others I have bought in the past. Really like the protective cover, keeping the eyes from being broken...

Perfect Traveling Lite Fishing Rig
Perfect gift for the traveling fisherman. Got it for my 5 year old fishing buddy. Exactly what I wanted. The rig is very compact when packed in the handy case. The reel is smooth and has a nice feeling crank handle. Kit comes with everything you need to fish on the go.

Convenient, especially if in wheelchair
Why not 5 stars? I ordered two and both had an issue with the second eyelet from the tip. They were loose, would slide up and down the pole some. It could be corrected manually by sliding down into where it should be so that it tightens into place.Otherwise . . . I bought this because I'm paralyzed and get frequent rides to doctors' appointments. At a lot of my appointments, I will have to wait an hour or more for my return ride home and many of the locations of my appointments have great looking ponds for fishing. It isn't practical for me to take my 7' one-piece rod with me!

high quality set with everything you need
Bought this for my boyfriend and he was over the moon when he unboxed it, we were both impressed with the quality of the pool itself and the accessories. Awesome color & complete kit. Took a few minutes to figure out how to spool the wire on the reel but we are beginners. Smooth sailing once everything was set ;) We will definitely keep this manufacturer in mind for future fishing gear.

Disappointed
First cast the poll snapped in half. I was so excited for this poll and it’s great set up but it is not sturdy or made for fishing.
