I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and have used a regular heating pad for my neck which just hasn't worked for me. The pad is too hard to contour around my neck. This neck and shoulder heating pad is amazing. It contours beautifully around my neck and the cover is so soft. I work 10 hour shifts sitting in front of a computer which really aggravates my neck and shoulder pain so would have to take breaks to put heat on my neck and shoulders. The shape and size of this heating pad make it so I can use it to relieve the pain and stress in my neck and shoulders while I am working. I know I mentioned it earlier but the cover is really beautifully fuzzy and soft. I am so happy to have discovered this heating pad.

We've had this pad for about a week so far and have been loving it. The shape of it is not only nice for your neck and shoulders, but around your hips/stomach too if you need it. My wife had the flu and it gave her some relief to have it around her stomach. The best thing about the shape is that you don't have to pick a spot around your neck and shoulders to focus the heat on since it heats everything!The cover is really nice and soft, and the whole thing is covered so there are no uncomfortable spots.It has 4 heat settings on it:warm, low, medium, and high. I only used it on high, but the heat that it outputs is pretty good. Any hotter and it would be uncomfortable, but the high setting is just at the right level if you're really sore and need a good amount of heat.If you're thinking about a new heating pad, especially if you're going to use it around your neck and shoulders the most, I would highly recommend this pad.

It's Okay. Wish it was bigger. It's only 14x22 and notice for a few dollars more there are others that are 18x25 which is actually what I thought I was getting. The magnetic closure at first I thought was non-existent but later I found two dime sized magnets in the rolled edge section. The do connect barely around my neck (17") and hold ok. They do come loose sometimes. As far as relief, it functions well. Heat is concentrated on the neck spike and back of shoulders but much on top which again was ok for me. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is that I wish it was a little larger and either the magnets were stronger or they were located lower as they might hold better. The cover is plush and feels real comfortable. I noticed other brands had a button closure which looked like Velcro which I wanted to avoid so the magnets intrigued me. It's not bad and serves its purpose and provided me with relief where it was needed.

Honestly this is one of the best heating pads I've ever used. I suffer from several chronic pain conditions so use a heating pad everyday and its been difficult to find one that's practical and lasts. I've waited a few months to be sure I could give an honest review because I know how helpful honest reviews have been for me when buying online. It has a magnetic closure that connects in front to hold it closed when it's wrapped around your shoulders. Also the perfect size for lower back pain and cramps for the ladies time of month. It's soft, durable, doesn't crink up on you either

I get neck and shoulder tightness from working in front of the computer all day, and this heating pad is great for relieving the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders. I found traditional heating pads almost impossible to use around the neck and shoulders, but I love how this heating pad is shaped perfectly to contour around the neck and shoulders and doesn't fall off. I also used it around my back/waist and it fits comfortable around there as well. The heat level is adjustable and the high setting actually provides a lot of heat! The cover is also very soft. A great product all around!

I've been using this neck heating pad for about a week, and it has been wonderful in alleviating my neck pain! I was having a terrible pinching and cramping feeling in my neck that would not go away, but this has really helped! I use it when I go to sleep at night, thus the auto shut off has been a great feature. The cover is very soft and feels good against the skin. I do not feel the cords or wiring within the unit, so that is also an added bonus. I would recommend this product and am thinking of getting one for my dad, as I think he'd like using one as well.

Seemed to work well, until it stopped heating. I bought this for my wife. She reported to me it doesn't work anymore. Used it for about 2 months. Would have been cheaper and more reliable to make my own out of Basmati rice and fleece material on my sewing machine. Zero Stars.

First thing I noticed is how soft the material is. It feels great on the neck and back.I mainly use the heating pad for neck and shoulder tightness, and it has helped greatly. I love that I could adjust heat levels depending on my needs. Since it’s winter time now, I mostly use it on high, the level of heat is just right, so I could keep it on my shoulders while working without worrying about overheating. I’ve seen other reviews saying the pad is not hot enough, but I feel like If it gets any hotter, I won’t be able to keep it on me for as long as I like.Also don’t let the shape limit you, I use for general heating purposes on different areas too. I get cold easily so I find this handy in cooler temperature, putting under the comforter before going to bed, on my legs while watching TV… just to name a couple.
