I have been using these along side the meno weight. What a difference using them both, im calm mire energy, sleeping so much better , feel like the old me again. I have set up a subscription for both now. You don’t put a price on feeling normal again, so i feel that they are value for money for sure.I have tried many but made no difference. I really like how many benefits this supplement has not only to help me with my concentration particularly around 3pm and that it has ingredients to help my immune system too with vitamin D so I don’t have to take one of those. I have been taking Ashwagandha supplements for a couple of months now in order to aid my fertility and general well-being - it is claimed that this helps with physical and mental support too.This supplement from 'Pretty Pea' also contains a B Vitamin complex, plus reishi mushroom, maca root and panax ginseng, as well as a variety of other ingredients (15 in total, varying in quantity). As it contains these other ingredients, it means that I can consolidate some of my other supplements that I'm taking into this single one - I have been taking a Maca root tablet as well.There are 90 tablets in the bottle, with the recommended dosage being 1-3 per day, with water. They are odourless and tasteless, and are easily swallowed with a gulp of water.The claims on the bottle state that these tablets will contribute towards mental performance, relief from tiredness and fatigue and also benefit psychological, nervous and immune system. As with most supplements, it can often be hard to determine their true affects, outside of scientific testing. So their benefit comes down to how one 'feels' after taking them.Up to now, I have felt somewhat less tired - but this could easily be attributable to other lifestyle factors and choices. I do know that there have been no side effects, nor have I felt any worse than I have before, so I take that as a positive.Overall, these are a good product, attractively packaged and have thus far been beneficial to me. They are priced quite high (£20.99), however as they do contain other ingredients such as the Maca root, I am saving money there by not having to buy tablets for those separately.
