I bought 2 of these harnesses and leads for my puppies and I’m pleased with them. They are soft and comfortable and the pups don’t try to wriggle out of them. They have managed to wriggle out of other harnesses so I’m pleased with these ones.

My dog is a little menace and I was nervous about him getting out of it, since it doesn't go over the head, and the top is velcro.... but it's been well over 6 months, I would say, of him wearing it while he was on his lead outside (just until I got the fence fixed... he's a magician and can typically get out of everything), but this harness has surprisingly held up extremely well and he gets a lot of compliments on it as well on how handsome he looks! I wouldn't keep it on your pets constantly because of comfort and safety. However,if you do have it on him/her for just a bit without a leash and he shakes or runs, the two clips that you use to put the leash on clap together and sound like a rattlesnake 😆...so if you hear that sound, and your baby is wearing this or a style similar, don't freak out lol.FYI I have a chihuahua terrier mix qith a very broad chest. He's 3 years old, he's a little magician and spunky. We live in kansas city, mo with snow, ice, rain and heat. This harness has weathered through all seasons now and is still in great shape! Also, it's not too thick where I feel like it's too hot for him. So I give 5 stars after careful consideration:-)

Fits my terrier/chi perfectly. I wish the Velcro was a darker color and didn't extend past where it's needed. To see the white Velcro just takes it down a bit. But otherwise great.

I'm a value shopper, price is great and came with a short leash. Product ran a little small but at less than half price of what I was looking at at pets smart worth the buy.

Sturdy leash.I ordered small.My dog is a miniature dachshund.9.5 pounds12" neck16 3/4" chestI have the Velcro on it's snuggest setting, and there's just a bit of extra room.So you can have a dog a little bigger than mine and should be OK. If your dogs' chest goes up to 18" you still have plenty of room to close the Velcro.
