Minuoyi Sports High Waist with Underpants Tennis School Cheerleader Pleated Skirt

I’m someone with a 30-32” waist and a 42” hip, so I went with the XL because I figured that if it was too small I could remove the shorts underneath and hopefully it would fit better (as most Asian pleated skirts have shorts made a stiff lining material which makes the hip size smaller). To my surprise, the shorts were made of a knit and thus fit perfectly, but the skirt itself is a bit of a squeeze to wear. It’s not uncomfortable, but it is definitely something to consider, as it is just fitting. The skirt itself is made of high quality fabric and I was pleased with it.

The quality is amazing, and the shipping didn’t take as long as expected. However it runs kinda small. Im about 5’4, and 135lbs; I usually wear mediums. I ordered a large but its a little tight, and short. Im definitely gonna order another in a size up. But aside from that, it’s really nice.

I have purchased many brands of pleated schoolgirl style skirts but this was my first from this seller. It took six weeks to receive the two skirts and it was well worth the wait! Both the teal blue and the purple color schemes are absolutely amazing and unique. The sizing is exact, the waist does not stretch and the material is stiff enough to keep the shape of the pleats but still hang the way I prefer the skirt to look. I did have to iron the pleats when the skirts first arrived and as I always do with these skirts, I carefully removed the sewn in shorts. I prefer no shorts sewn in but this style has so much more variety of colors and patterns, I can't resist. I am 5'11" so the length is short which I prefer but if you are more reserved you can leave the shorts in of course. Once the shorts are removed, these skirts fit just like my other name brand pleated skirts. The teal skirt has the gold strips mentioned in other reviews but I actually like them. The material of the teal skirt is a little stiffer than the purple skirt maybe due to these strips so the pleats are a little sharper on this style skirt.If you love pleated schoolgirl skirts the way I do, I highly recommend you order this one and then be patient...it will definitely be worth the wait!

It came earlier than expected. The skirt was a little ruffled and there were a lot of stingy stuff on it, but I cut some of it off. The zipper wasn't completely sewed on to the shorts. I don't know if it was because the skirt would fit weird if they did or if the company/person/whoever forgot to finish. I usually fit a small or x-small because I am rather petite so I got a small. It was hard it get it passed my thighs, but once it did the skirt fit me fine. You just have to be gentle taking it off and on, so if you don't like the whole squeezing into clothes I suggest you get a size down.Overall I really like the skirt, a few stingy things here and there but not that much, and the skirt came as excepted and even earlier.

I am about 5'6, 150 lbs, and this skirt was extremely short. You could see the safety shorts underneath when I put them on. If the skirt was a little longer, it would have been perfectly fine. The material feel very nice, and it looked super cute from the front. If you are shorter than I am, I would highly recommend. I also ordered the XL, which is the biggest size they carry sadly...

The quality of the fabric of the black skirt with 2 white stripes at the bottom is impressive. I expected something cheaper, but I was pleasantly surprised. I followed the measurement guide for the skirt, but I still couldn't get it above my hips. There's no stretch in this fabric (which goes to show you it's a higher quality material, with a bit of weight to help on windy days) so there was no hope for me to even try it on. If I could have gotten the skirt on, I would have proven it's way too short. Holding it up my waist had it barely covering my crotch. There's no way this skirt would have covered my butt in the slightest and I think I have a fairly average size rear. Even though I planned on wearing this skirt with panty hose, there's no way I would have been able to leave the house feeling remotely comfortable.

It’s pretty good ~ There’s just a few little issues. I didn’t think the tan/yellow lines would be shiny. The shiny lines are kind of scratchy but I can deal with it ;w; I’d prefer if it was all the same fabric tho lol, so if I ever find a better skirt like this without the scratchy shiny gold lines, I’d probably start wearing that over this.. but for now this is good because I’ve always wanted a skirt like this ~ I got a size medium, my usual size, and it was just a tinyyy but bigger around my waist but it’s better if I pull it down. I like pulling it up tho because I prefer it at a certain length uwu (my height & weight: 5’1”, 112-117 lbs)(waist: 29in/72cm)Anyways.. so good things are.. it does look like how it does in the pictures, aside from shiny scratchy gold lines. And it came in earlier than the date said so that was nice ~I’ve been wearing it a lot recently. I bought this as a test to see how the quality would be but I’m afraid I’ll get scratchy gold line in other skirts but who knows maybe notMaybe it’s just this red one, the other skirts seem to be fine from the other reviewers :3

Judging by the tag, this is most certainly an American Apparel knockoff. That being said, it's a fairly nice skirt for the price. I'm 4' 10 so instead of wearing this high-waisted I'm able to wear it on my hips and it falls just above my knees, and it isn't too short! I won't order other colors of this skirt like I had originally planned, but I am satisfied with my purchase.
