keep it in the fridge!make me feel much better and kind of gives me energy too.i end up mixing it with a little bit of juice in the morning as i dont like the taste. and make sure you use wooden stick/spoon or anything to stir it if you need to.ok the bad side - i HATE the fact you have to break both ends to take it out. often the top parts end up flying everywhere in the kitchen and i lose them. also something that happen recently - eventho i break it properly , i end up having a little piece of glass fallen in the jelly and was about to drink it. not sure if it will be worth it if perhaps think to change the way those glass shots are designed.it should be available all the time.

I tried most of similar Royal Jelly, this one is the best. Shame that it is not available on Amazon, waiting for it coming back again.the only downside is how to open it. I realise it is not only this products packing problem, the other products are the same, I smash it at the sink, and don't know where the small glass flying to. Not suitable for a place where kids are around as they might get hurt. However, the quality of inside royal jelly is the best of all.

very god to get energy all day long.have a god taste and easy to take.i will buy more of this for the many vitamins and minerals wich keep me young and healthy.
