The color was exactly as shown on my computer screen, and matches the antique carpet I will be backing with velvet to make throws and pillows.. The needles are strong and their eye holes are large enough that I can thread them without trouble. They are very sharp and come in a variety of lengths. Given the kinds of projects that such heavy thread will be used for, it would be nice if some of the needles were J-shaped. It comes with a threading tool, which is nice, but I don't think I will need as the thread itself is stiff enough. The thread is well-waxed, and comes off the spool flattened, which aids in threading. This is much more thread than I will need for my project, probably for my entire life.

I have zero regrets. This is high waxed quality thread that also works great for backpacks, and neoprene products. Best is that it's priced well.

I have now ordered several rolls of this thread in various colors and with my limited knowledge of thread it is the best I have used so far. It may not be Ritza but I do not have any to compare it to. The thread is thick and well made I do not have the issue of catching the thread as often while saddle stitching. The needles are cheap but you get a bunch with every roll of thread you buy so breaking them is not an issue.

Thread works well for my project and I like the color selection. The extra needles is a plus.

I realize that most folks use this thread for leather work, I needed it for something else. I have two Greater Swiss Mountain dogs that are in my vehicle daily. That's 270 pounds of dog that do a number on the heavy duty liner that I have in the back of my car. It's been splitting at the seams for a year or so, and the upholstery thread just did not hold up for very long. This thread has been great! Easy to sew with (along with the large eye needles I bought) and heavy duty enough to hold up to my two knuckleheads. A terrific product!

Thicker than I thought but strong and good color.

I was glad to find this not very expensive and comes with needles. I used to make a leather pouch for my Renaissance Fair costume. It worked really well!
