... is a bit flimsy and lightweight (which is a good and bad thing)
It suited my needs but it is a bit flimsy and lightweight (which is a good and bad thing). The bars that go across have a hard rubber piece that you have to wedge into the supports -- not an easy thing to do and I broke two, which worked out okay since I needed to skip a row to make room for shoes that were taller. The space for the shoes is a bit low -- sneakers okay, boots not. It's also a bit shallow, size 7 womens fine but men's 10+ not so much. Hope this helps!

This is so fragile that the wheels are basically unnecessary - you can't roll it around
After doing quite a bit of research, I decided to purchase this after I saw other reviews that said this was a "sturdy" rack - perhaps those people got racks that were different than mine. This is so fragile that the wheels are basically unnecessary - you can't roll it around, the whole rack sways back and forth. I probably only have a couple more pairs of shoes than what is pictured, but it still tilts and is not sturdy. The rack itself was a little difficult to put together - all of the pieces did not fit well, so it took me quite a while to piece it together.

kinda flimsy and the casters are useless
Bought this specifically because it has casters... but they don't swivel and they one of them broke as soon as I loaded it up with shoes and rolled it into the closet. Now I have a flimsy, lopsided shoe rack that falls apart with the slightest movement.

Plastic junk
Save your money. Not stable enough to roll on the casters, it falls over. Horizontals have plastic ends that need to be pushed into metal slots and most of them broke off during the installation process. Regrettable purchase.

Cheaply Made
I only gave it one star because it is cheaply made. As my brother and I were putting it together it kept falling apart, the little plastic pieces on the end of the poles kept falling off. It seems sturdy but because of that fact it’ll be returned and I’ll find somehow else to store my shoes. I’m really disappointed with this product, from the advertisement I thought it would be sturdy and work for me but it wasn’t and it didn’t work..

Difficult to assemble and low quality
Assembly is straightforward but the cross bars are very difficult to put on. You have to apply force to get them on. It was inevitable that one of the crossbar cap that slides onto the frame broke. If this is for your home and you will have it for years spend a little more to buy something you won’t regret. If this is for a temporary apartment use this but I wouldn’t take it with me when moving.

Tricky assembly. If many rods break, you'll have to return the unit.
The rods which hold the structure together have cheap connectors which make assembly iffy. They have to be hammered into the holding slots and some of them will break.

Don't buy!
This rack is not well made. the end of the rungs are made of frail plastic and break off when trying to put them into the rack. Not worth any money!
