Reboots while using - sent new unit that is working well
Worked well for 1 week now just keeps rebooting when the feed button is pushed.I’m updating my review, the company worked with me over email trying to resolve our issues and when nothing worked sent us a new unit. Was not happy my son had problems so soon, but happy with the resolution and service provided.

Was not what it was supposed to be. Packaging error.
Was not a pen. It was hair doodles. The kids liked the hair doodle but I was very disappointed to see the packaging even said it was the pen. Did not return the doodles as the packaging said it was the pen so I figured I'd get the wrong item again.

Wish I could give this zero stars. All four of my children gathered around the kitchen table to create their masterpieces but they just did not function. We used the enclosed filament but it wouldn’t melt very well. Read and re-read all the directions- I give up.

Works well just need to go slow enough to let it dry while your drawing up.
My daughter loves this. Even asked for more colors for her birthday.
