So easy to assemble true to thw picture my tortoise loves it.

Arrived with broken panel. Easy to put together and looks great. Not sure if it will stand up to being an outdoor enclosure. Time will tell.

For design and looks, look no further. 5 stars. However. Here is a list of the following issues that the manufacturer needs to addressRamp: too narrow. It doesn’t fit the width of the opening to the second level. This leaves a dangerous open ledge that the more adventurous tortoise may try base jumping from.Ramp: sides too low. The sides need to be at least twice as high as they are on the ramp. Our tortoise seems to miss these and ends up with his legs over the edge.House level: this could do with a plastic covering on the floor, like the main floor of the rest of the table. The gloss is somewhat protective, but I worry it will scratch off easily.Assembly: smaller pilot holes in the wood would avoid splitting. There are none to correspond to larger ones on the fitting. Not a major thing, but just would help the build process.Other than these (admittedly fixable, with extra cost to me) points I really like the design. If the manufacturer could fix the issues with the ramp then this would get 5 stars.

Beautiful looking, expecially as it is in my living room. Plenty of room for boy to walk around in. Was easy to put together.Had a problem with the black tray, a bit flimsy and was split at the end. Correspondence from the company over it was swift and helpful, resolving the issue. Very happy

This all looks nice but soon mine arrived and opened it is was terrible it all look second hand the paint job was orful and the ladder to steep for any my tortoise to walk up and I would say it not very safely made and I made one out of wood and lot better than this crap so don’t buy this product if it was 30 40 quid maybe but over 59 for this is utter rubbish

Happy with this it’s great only thing I’m unhappy with is the ramp as my tortoise keeps falling down so I now have to attach wood to it to stop this from happening but other than I’m very happy with it
