I don't know how helpful it would be in late stage but it could be pleasant and make you more comfortable in early stage. For context, it helps me and I am 70 yo and live in Las Vegas

It isn't. It's for everyone, women, men and children. It provides some cooling in warm, not blazing hot weather.

Q: Will this slip off easily if you are moving and bending at work a lot?

I’m a phlebotomist and mine has never fallen off. I move around a lot and often pretty fast. I use it at work, gardening, construction, etc. highly recommend!
