A support post was incorrectly welded so that the pre drilled hole was reversed from the top to the bottom of the support. Of course I only discovered the flaw after mostly assembling it.I would like to update my original 1 star review to 5 stars. The day the review appeared I received an email from the company, apologizing for the defect and offering me a refund for the item. I also received the replacement item from Amazon. The replacement went together perfectly and works well. It is sturdy and nice looking. It has a nice small and narrow profile for my small garden and the little shelf holds extra nozzles. It is a very nice product.I then received a follow up email asking if the replacement was satisfactory. I think a company that is that responsive to reviews is a fine one to work with and buy from and should be responsive. In an automated and mass production world, mistakes do happen. What I think should be applauded is that there is an actual human out there who tries to make things right.

Sturdy. Easy to assemble. Looks much neater than having the hose laying in a heap on the ground!

This item is sturdy and holds well in soil. It is perfect for a lightweight hose..and we have a 75 foot hose. As many reviews mention it began to rust 2 weeks outside. Apparently not really good rust proof coating. Just be prepared to get out the Rust oleum . It was a decent price.

Guys and galsThis a nice, good looking hose holder. Very easy to assemble. Easy to pull up and put somewhere else if needed. It easily holds 100 feet of hose. I have no idea how long it will last. I now have 3.

First of all, this is a replacement for the same hose holder that I bought in August. The first one had holes on the wrong side of the bottom uprights, which would have caused all the weight of my 100-foot hose to be on one side of the holder. And this happened to be the last piece I put on, of course. Also the tool basket was too big and buckled when attached to the tool holder. I asked for a replacement and not a refund because I liked the look of the hose holder, and it seemed sturdy.Well, after I put the replacement together, and it was fine, I put it outside. In less than a week, I noticed that all the welds had already started to rust. Since I didn’t feel like taking the thing apart again to return it, I am now going to have to buy a can of Rustoleum and spray the rusted areas of my NEW, never used hose holder.I am so glad that I didn’t buy my daughter and daughter-in-law one of these for their yards. I was going to order three and decided to wait to check the quality first before I did. Thank goodness.Judging from other reviews, I apparently am not the only one who has had a rusting problem. Such a shame, because I was very happy with the appearance of the hose holder.

I wish I listened to the reviews on this. The hardware started rusting after being outside for 1 week. I'm going to try and paint it so the rust stops.Edit they reached out to fix it so I changed to 4 stars.
