Cheap and dangerous! I wish I has seen the reviews about this ball breaking while using it, cause I wouldn't have bought it. The first time I got one and it deflated, and we thought it was by accident, but it had a small tear in it and now I think it was defective. I purchased 2 more ( just in case) and while I was using it it burst! thankfully I didn't get hurt hitting anything! I have since returned them and gotten a refund, but I suggest you find some other brand!! I have several therapy balls around that have lasted for many years and I still have them! I was just getting a different size. Don't waste your money!!!

The ball came well packaged and with a manual use pump. The ball was the size I thought it would be and I'm going to start using it for my core exercises. I am recovering from a serious illness and this will help get me back into shape.erp
