They do exactly as they are supposed to.It might be prudent to consider a Pink set as well as a Blue, especially if you need to get into very tiny gaps behind brace wires and brackets.

My son who has braces uses these. Mixed results as some seem to snap off and some don't. For the price though certainly cheaper than getting from the Orthodontist themselves.
