The hooks are fine and the item is as picture, but the installation kit included is awful--the wall plugs included are way too short for the screws included in the package and when my husband tried to screw it in, he ended up pulling a big chunk out of our wall that will need to be patched. Do not recommend using the included kit for installation.

This is hook is great to have beside the door. I didn’t end up using it for keys but instead I use it for face masks beside the door so we don’t forget to take them when we leave the house!

It's not terrible but the paint finish is quite hit and miss, bit of a dent on the top. Surprised that there are no caps to cover the screw holes included.But I've put it up and it's doing the job. Cheap and chearful...

Perfect for what I wanted.At last no hunting around for keys before leaving the house. Didn't bother with the screws. Just used dab of super glue and is just fine.

I didn’t use the screws I just stuck it up with No More Nails as the keys I have aren’t that heavy and I didn’t want holes in my wall. This is nice and small so can go pretty much anywhere.

Nice set of hooks that I have installed in a cupboard for hanging keys on etc. The only problem was the screws supplied where far to long otherwise they would have come through the side of the cupboard but if your screwing it to a wall they would have been ideal.

Exactly as described, very strong, well made and very easy to put up.Only reason I dropped a star is because it came with 2 wall plugs but only 1 screw, luckily I keep a variety of screws and nails in the house anyway but if I didn't it would have been a little inconvenient.

As in previous reviews, the screws and wall plugs are not suitable for this product, good thing that I had other screws and wall plugs available to fix it to my wall.
