circuit load tester
perfect for load testing circuits. the display is very easy to read and will change between green and red depending on if you are reading a ground or power side.

Test light and load tester at the push of a button.
Awesome test light. Reads out the voltage and has a load lamp at the same time. Very practical to use. One of my favorite test lights.

Good but I'll need to fix it
Seems like a great product that will save me time, unfortunately the negative contact spring was detached from the internal circuit board upon arrival. I don't feel like dealing with the hassle of returning it so I'm going to just re solder it myself.

You Need This Tool!!
Very, Very nice time saving tool that will instantly verify how healthy your circuit is!Everyone needs this tool in their toolbox. Professional mechanics know that if you simply measure a circuit with a regular Digital Multimeter or a Volt Probe - you are only getting half of the story! If you can read a Voltage on a circuit, then you know that the circuit is "Live" but if it cannot supply adequate Current along with the Voltage then the CIRCUIT WILL WORK POORLY OR NOT AT ALL! It's called Voltage Drop. This little tool takes care of that for you, it does 2 jobs at once. When you press the button on this tool it will cause a LOAD to be placed in the circuit which causes Current to flow. While the Current is flowing, look at the Voltage reading. This is the Voltage reading while the circuit is actually WORKING! You have basically performed a Voltage Drop test on the circuit the same way a professional mechanic would do, except you have done is quicker because you only had to push a button and read the result! This tool allows you to instantly check the ability of the circuit to do it's job!

The 800mA load was crucial for my diagnostics.
My fuel pump was getting 12v until the load was applied, it then dropped indicating that the solenoid was bad. Nice tester to have in your toolbox.
