This derma roller is a lot more effective then the usual stoe bought ones and I have personally noticed improvements in my allopecia areata using this combined with caffeine shampoo

I’m not new to micro-needling, this was a replacement for my old one. I try to replace at least once a year as the needles will dull with use.This item feels of good quality, it rolls nicely on the skin. The rolling mechanism is smooth and stable. Easy to use and great quality product

I’ve been using this roller for a good few months to go alongside my hair care routine, as of yet I’m unable to see if it is helping to re grow my hair, I will keep using it and hope for the best!, it is easy to use and doesn’t hurt, the case it comes in in made of good quality and keeps the roller protected and clean
