Absolutely love this yoga block! It's incredibly versatile. I bought it for mat pilates but I also use it for stretching and yoga. The value is unbeatable, and it performs like a dream. I’ve needed some for a very long time. There’s great and soft enough for forearms across but also firm that they don’t lose shape. Great price point also.

It’s a good set. Broad blocks so they are pretty stable. Good enough soft and solid enough for stability. The foam is however easily tearable.

I didn’t buy this for yoga. I don’t have space in the basement to store a foldable flat bench. I’ve been doing bench and flyes on a thick foot cushion but thought I’d try these instead. Works great for my shoulder width (I wear a t shirt S, 36 suit jacket). I put one the wide way against shoulder blades and one the short way right above it as a head rest. Good ROM. Not as soft as a cushion or a real flat bench but soft enough so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Still hard enough so it doesn’t just collapse. Currently just benching 80 lbs. it might give out at like +150 idk.
