I bought these to replace using tea towels to get hot things from the oven. Too many times i've ended up with the tea towel flopping into what i'm holding. I choose this type of glove as I didn't want a traditional glove. I find them unwieldy and lack dexterity. Silicon is great as trivets and whatnot but i've always found silicon gloves and those puppet like silicon grabbers to be slippery and lack grip.These ticked all the right boxes for me with the above taken into account.After 40 mins @ 190c i took a pizza / pizza stone from the oven and didn't feel any heat at all while transferring to from oven to the side. Held on to it for an extended period of time to test them thoroughly and there was just a hint of warmth but nothing more. Grip was fantastic and felt assured, the length of the glove down the arm is good which protects wrists / lower arms well.It's important to understand that while these and other similar / identical gloves are rated to to EN407 they are not meant for holding molten lava for extended periods! They are rated to 500c but that is only for 15 secs. So they are meant for holding things for brief periods, the hotter the item the shorter the period. It's the same for all the others too despite what they might claim. So i'd say anything from a conventional oven is going to be no problems even holding on to things for a good while.Only two other things of note, from the pictures it isn't exactly clear but there are handing loops inside of each glove which is great for storing them on S hooks. I was happy with that as i wasn't didn't want them in a drawer as i'd be back to using a more accessible tea towel in no time. Finally beware they are BIG, even the biggest shovels of hands will fit in them. If you have petite paws you might not get the same level of feeling in the fingers and they'll act more like a mitt than a glove but still a winner imo.Bottom line, do exactly what they promise and by far the best value of similar products.

what I liked about the oven gloves was that they protect you from burns but I do recommend you store your gloves in a cool place because it works better for you

I can certainly recommend buying from Premiala. The gloves are very well made, with lovely long cuffs, and - as stated in another review - they are rather large. But that is by no means a problem and I look forward to getting much use out of them.

Makes handling hot grills much easier. Not so good for touching food on the grill though. Be careful not to get them wet when using though as the heat gets transferred through the moisture and burns your hand.

Total protection from DRY heat and especially good when dealing with halogen cookers. Please be aware that they aren't encased in silicone like some other gloves - so make sure that you don't dip your fingers in hot fat.Not a total solution for kitchen cooks ( I think I'll have to get my husband a silicone pair too) but by and large a great buy for BBQ fiends.

By the time you take something out of the oven and on its way to table the heat enters your fingers.. Also very tight at the arm.. I expected something much better..Cotton holders last much longer..

Wenreal’y Love these gloves. Resist heat (we have a Big Green Egg, so lots of high heat involved). We have size large but they are small. Maybe order the bigger size if you have bigger hands.

I found if I held a baking tray the heat got through, maybe it was touching the material rather than the silicon. Not much better than a pair of mitts or a teatowel.

I guanti sono fedeli alla descrizione, confortevoli e danno una presa ottima con ogni tipi di accessorio usato, (per il momento li ho utilizzati per sfornare pizze dal forno a legna e si percepisce un tepore e nulla più ). Ho comunque simulato l'utilizzo degli accessori da barbecue e non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema. Nota di merito per il venditore che mi ha inviato una mail di ringraziamento per l'acquisto correlata da un piccolo ricettario e da utili info sul prodotto. Pienamente soddisfatto.

Épais et résiste bien à la chaleur , je les utilise pour le bricolage quand les pièces de métal sont trop chaudes. Parfait.

Vorab: das sind die besten Grillhandschuhe die hier besessen habe. Sie sind bequem zu tragen, und gehen deutlich über das Handgelenk hinaus. Sehr hitzebeständig, so das man durchaus auch einen Dutch Oven damit mehrere Meter weit tragen kann oder auch mal die ein oder andere Kohle aufheben und schnell wieder zurücklegen kann. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
