Q: What is the expiration date on the cleanser/mask?

I use mine daily. Once every morning, and then again sometimes as a mask at night. It usually lasts about 30 days. If you open it and keep it longer than a month or two max, it tends to get thicker and less like a cleanser, it feels more like toothpaste. I love this product, I've used it for years without any issues.

Q: Is there chunk thing inside so you can feel when you wash?

Hi there. This is a smooth, foam cleanser. There isn't any beads or chuck thing? that is in the cleanser. However, after using it, the skin does indeed feel washed and doesn't feel as though there is a coating left.

Q: Can it remove water proof makeup?

I do not wear waterproof makeup so I cannot say for sure. I wear Estee Lauder liquid makeup and it removes that without a problem. I really like this product. Sorry, I cannot be of more help.
