Bariatric Choice All-in-One Bariatric MultiVitamin with 375 mg Calcium Citrate, Orange Cream (120ct)

I’ve now tried the berry and orange cream flavors. I didn’t like the berry but the orange has a good taste. I would recommend these to all bariatric surgery patients. These have high percentages of vitamins and minerals that you need to stay healthy. Before I discovered these I was taking a regular multivitamin and I suffered cardiac arrest 3 times on June 27,2018. My Potassium and thiamine were too low and caused a fatal heart arrhythmia. Thankfully I survived thanks to my family and paramedics. My blood work has been good since I started taking these. Trust me these are great. I will continue to take these for the rest of my life.

These vitamins are great I think even though my daughter did not like them. They do have an orange flavor to them and do take a little while to dissolve in your mouth and being a Bariatric patient that can be difficult to get the recommended dosage which is 4 a day in. They are quite large, round and flat.

Let’s face it, none of these taste great but these are the best tasting of any brand I’ve purchased so far. 2 a day has kept my vitamin count where it needs to be.

These chewable vitamins have the daily vitamins you need and I wish I could say I like them, but I don't. I got the orange cream flavor- the problem is that it's too sweet, so overly sweet I can barely stand to chew it up and swallow it without wanting to spit it out. It's also very dry and gritty so the texture in your mouth isn't pleasant. I wish I would have known before spending the money on these. I had to order a capsule vitamin option instead because I'm not taking a chance again. Maybe you can get used to them but I can't get past the taste and texture.

They taste is good, but you have to take 4 at separate times through the day to get the correct dosage. If you let them dissolve, which takes forever because they’re the size of 3 stacked quarters, the your mouth becomes raw. If you try to chew them, they are so chalky that they choke you. Do not buy.

A lot cheaper than most bariatric vitamins

Rinding chew-able calcium citrate supplements that you don't have to mortgage your house for and don't make you want to wretch is rough. I was hoping these would work as my Citrical Pearls are no longer available on Amazon subscribe and save. That's a big nope. I've tried two flavors now, berry and orange cream. I give up. I'll go to whatever store I have to in order to find something else. Not only is the flavor aweful, but they're very 'chalky', and you have to try to eat 4 of them...it's just an overload of nasty. To me anyway. Some people might like them. I'm not even going to finish the 3/4 bottle of the orange cream I have. I just can't make myself do it. Life is too short to make yourself gag if there is any other alternative. I gave it two starts for nutritional content and condition, to be fair those are both good.

So these are big wafers however they are very light. They do need to be taken 30 mins before a meal since they do take up some space in your pouch. They seem to have a lot of air pockets in them so they are very easy to chew compared to some others out there. The flavor isn’t bad I got orange creme at first it reminds you of that flavor and then the vitamin flavor hits you.
