Not long-lasting.... To impress my husband I had pour twice still he couldn't recognise that I am smelling different.

I recently had a terrible experience with Amazon India after receiving a damaged mist spray worth ₹1800—it had scratches, a missing cap, and leakage. Despite providing clear proof, Amazon denied my return, falsely claiming my return activity was excessive, even though I’ve only returned two items from five orders.Their customer service was useless, giving copy-paste responses and refusing to acknowledge the defective product. Instead of standing by their return policy, they ignored consumer rights and dismissed my complaint unfairly.Spending ₹1800 on a faulty product with no accountability is unacceptable. If Amazon can deny genuine return requests, how can customers trust them? If you receive a damaged product and they refuse a return, I recommend filing a complaint with the Consumer Court (e-Daakhil) and National Consumer Helpline.

Nice scent but why does the bottle have soany scratches? The lid has so many and it looks like an old piece kept badly in some godown that's been shipped. Really disappointed by this...

The smell is beautiful no dobt but it doesn't last long at all. I would say there are better products to buy from BnB works offer.
