This is a nice little machine. Got it to replace onecthst finally died. I like that it has an on/off switch. Looks nice too.

Only used few times and then it smoked / stopped working

I just do not like air popped popcorn. The machine, other than corralling some kernels that fly out of the machine, is exactly as advertised just not my cup of tea. If you like air popped popcorn this machine is spot on.

If I could give this product 6 stars I would. This product is THE best. Now I know what your thinkin’ 67 dollars for a popcorn machine is a little steep but let me tell you something, this machine is worth every penny. I have had this machine for about 4 years now and you just cannot kill this thing. Runs like a top. I have absolutely abused this popper. The little sticker on it that says cooks a big bowl of popcorn in under 3 minutes is no cap. The only thing I have to say about it is the fact that when you start this bad boy up it sounds like a fighter plane from ww2. But let me tell you that this thing produces some HEAT. They should really add in the description the amount of btus this thing actually produces cause this thing can heat your whole house AND cook popcorn in 3 minutes flat. I cannot stress enough that this machine is worth every penny and will never let you down. If you are not satisfied with this product and I had the money to do so, I would personally drive to you and give you your money back.
