Coccyx Seat Cushion Made by Pure Memory Foam from Ikepod –for Office Chair Cushion, Car Seat, Wheelchairs Seat Pillow

This worked great for a 14 hour drive. I am so glad I opted for this. I didn't have the patience to wait until I found a truck stop for one of these things. I was getting to the point of not being able to handle the drive anymore from SoCal to Idaho or Utah and back and opted to start flying. Now I have an option. I can also take it on the plane for those uncomfortable seats they have. My tailbone didn't hurt once. I highly recommend this and my husband is begging me to order him one too. Which I am doing now!

I like this cushion but I was shocked when I noticed that the light beige leather seat in the car was getting gray. Apparently, the black fabric dye on cushion was tinting seat! I used doubled-sided adhesive tape to put a piece of fabric on the bottom of it. The fabric is fraying and making a mess in the car, not a big mess but annoying nonetheless. I like this cushion, especially because am short, and it gave me some height plus it's very comfortable. Still, if I had known what was going to happen, I never would have bought it.

I felt my posture was turning bad as I felt stress on the curve of the lumbar region of my spine. This was due to prolonged sitting in my supposedly ergonomic chair. I was helpless as I looked for a solution until I was introduced to this cushion. I was skeptical at first but after trying it, I understood its purpose and felt the relief of not having the seat surface push up against my spine. It helped. It also has good quality foam and a washable case.

This IKEPOD USA seat cushion cost $25.00 and has a two year warranty not to go flat. It has gone flat in about 2 months. It is not an overuse issue - I weigh less than 130 pounds. I tried to address this through Amazon and also sent an email directly to IKEPOD. Have received one totally unintelligible response from IKEPOD. I did however try to contact their customer service. Have not heard a word. The product did not perform, the copany is not honoring their warranty. Do not buy their products.

The cuhsion is comfortable but its not as thick as it looks in the picture. I especially needed the thickness to be in thetail bone area but it is actually very thin there and seems to get thinner with usage. the end where thighs go over is thicker.I think that should be the opposite for my own comfort. Otherwise it's not supporting the lower lumbar properly in my oppinion.

Definitely makes my sitting of long hours a better experience, however don't do like me and put it on a light color chair. I just messed up my computer chair because of the black grip on the bottom of cushion. ---___---. Totally my fault, as I had a duh moment, bye bye chair :(See pics too see what I'm talking about.

I can already tell the difference in less back pain. I love the soft black velvet on the top, which I wasn't expecting. I also like that the bottom has grips and that the cover is washable. I'm thinking about getting some for my parents car.

Bought this for my wife who has to set 4 hours at a time, 3 days a week in a fairly uncomfortable dialysis chair and is unable to shift around very much during that time. This has been very painful on her tailbone. This cushion has completely relieved that problem! The cushion is also extremely well made and durable. If we ever need to replace it, I would not even consider another brand or model.
