My OBGYN recommended this and idk if it was the metformin ( I had already been taking it for years) but adding this in the very same week gave me my first natural period in nearly a year so YAY! my pcos girlies try this!!!!

This may be TMI, but if it helps others then it's worth it and I don't really care. So I turned 30 last year...And I have never had regular periods EVER in my life, I didn't order this to help me get pregnant, I ordered this because I used to go anywhere between 3-6 months without having a period my entire life until I turned 30, and then...I started BLEEDING every 2 weeks like clock work for about 8 months straight. I went and saw like 3 different doctors about the issue, and got ZERO answers/help for my problem other than them wanting to put me on birth control, which is just not something I want to do. So because of what I know about the human body from studying Esthetics, and the effects that hormones can have on the body, and because I already knew that I am Estrogen Dominant, I set out to help myself since doctors just couldn't seem to help me. First I read about the benefits of I3C, found a supplement and after about 2 weeks and tons of flatulance, I finally got relief from the bleeding, for about 3 months, and then...It came back worse to where I was just bleeding nonstop every day for 30 days and then I would stop and spot for like a day or two and then start right back up with the bleeding. Then, I tried a DIM supplement after going back and forth with stuff I read about how it's better than I3C and vice versa, yeah it did absolutely nothing for me. SO, I started digging deeper into my estrogen dominance issue, and up on doing research came across this GEM, and after reading through many positive reviews on it a few standing out to me about women regulating their cycles, I decided to give it a try. I gotta say, I have not been disappointed, I saw a difference in my bleeding within about 3 or 4 days compared to 2 weeks with the I3C, and so far it has remained consistant (I've taken it for about 30 days now) and that was without taking the full recommended dose at first. Now, I have not stopped bleeding completely yet, but at least I no longer have to keep feminine products on hand everywhere I go, and I can actually have a sex life again (my husband is grateful for that). I've also noticed that my mood has improved overall, I feel like I sleep better, and I've also noticed that my skin has cleared up quite a bit as well. I think it will take more time to tell how this will work for me long term, but so far it is helping a lot, there's not much about it that is negative, other than the pills are much larger than the I3C pills I was taking, and I will say that after taking it for about 2-3 weeks I did begin to experience some gastrointestinal issues that weren't very pleasant, but have since subsided so far and after googling chaste tree berry extract which is the main ingredient, that is known to be a common side effect that people may experience when taking it, and honestly in my opinion is a rather small price to pay and I would rather experience a bit of tummy discomfort than bleed every single day. Overall so far this has been a great product and the price point is good as well. Like I said, only time will tell just how well this will work out for me, but given the results I have seen so far, I am definitely going to keep using it for now and am hopeful that I will continue to see even better results later on.

Long review but worth the read if you are struggling with irregular cycles. Ok so I received my first bottle of Vitex on Jan 15 2022 and started taking it that night and everyday since in the am and pm. I cannot even express to you how many of these reviews that i sifted through to convince myself that it was worth a shot and that is the main reason i am writing this review because reading those reviews helped me so much. To make a long story short, I am 22 years old and ever since i got my very first period when I was 15-16 (yes much later than most) they have been completely irregular. Sometimes I would only have one or two periods A YEAR if I was lucky, but back then I did competitive gymnastics so I figured it had to do with having such little body fat and purely muscle (and I didnt develop until probably 17yo). I was put on birth control to regulate my cycles and have been on it ever since until about 6 months ago i decided I did not want to be on bc anymore (did not have a period for the entire time i went off of bc). I met the man that I know for sure I want to start a family with, so more recently I have been trying to take my body in my own hands so that when I am ready to have kids my body will be ready with me, and that starts with regular cycles WITHOUT birth control, which for people like us, is not frickin easy!!! So I made an appt with my obgyn and she prescribed me Provera and basically told me "you're not going to be able to do this on your own and whenever you are ready to get pregnant you wont be able to do that on your own either) and that just pissed me off. So I had nothing to lose. i took a chance on this here supplement and LET ME TELL YOU i was fully prepared to be disappointed because I don't even know what it looks like for my body to do what its supposed to on its own. But HOLY HALLELUJAH exactly and I mean EXACTLY 30 days later Feb. 14th... I . GOT . MY . PERIOD. i couldn't believe it, but I will just say that 100% i would not have had that period without taking Vitex. So please if you are struggling with irregular cycles or trying to conceive (which both can be so discouraging) please give this a shot before resorting to modern medicine because if it worked for me I am so sure it will work for a lot of you.
