Heritage WC Wood Seat Buffer Set in White for Wooden Seats HBP-W

As previously mentioned by other reviewers the new lugs are not spaced the same distance as the originals, they are slightly closer so do not fit naturally in the holes already drilled in the Heritage wooden toilet seat. However by simply marking & drilling new 5mm holes in the toilet seat away from the hole furthest from the outside edge of the toilet seat closer to the other drilled hole to the depth of the lug, the buffers fit perfectly and cover the original drilled hole. I would have given 5 stars but for the extra work required. The delivery & packaging were perfect.

The product arrived quickly. Unfortunately the long buffers did not fit the spacing in the holes in my toilet seat. This was not the fault of the manufacturer or supplier. I failed to measure the distance between the holes and assumed that they would be a universal size. However I was able to use the round buffers to do the job and these are fine.

Arrived quickly and in good condition. Good price. I wasn't sure what make mine was but the measurements were the same and it fit perfectly with a little tap with middle parts lined up and fit securely. Works perfectly. I would recommend for Wooden toilet seat.

does the job replacing cheap plastic things that broke after a month, still going strong several months later

£3-4 for a packet of stoppers instead of £30-40 for a new toilet seat. And they fitted perfect. Trick to make sure to measure from center to center of fitting holes in this case 32mm and good to go for another couple of years...

Not sure how many points to give as these do not fit. I ordered the correct size but the fixing points are wider than the holes they are meant to fit into. Tried to trim the fixing points so buffert would fit but gave up in the end.

Excellent product, I knew from the item description they were slightly wider fixing centres than our existing buffer's, but it was a simple job to re drill to suite, very pleased.

Brilliant little set of buffers, well made and easy to fit will probably outlast the seat.
