Packaging was great as it was vacuum packed. Quality looks premium and is quite comfortable in use. Product is almost similar to what has been described so am happy with my purchase.Installation was a so simple you need open and fit the strap's at corner.This mattress topper is premium with anti slip feature, so its doesnt skid on the current mattress. Also the firmness is adequately balanced. it comes up with cover so no separate cover needed. The packing quality was top notch. Overall its a great product worth spending the money.

I got a folding cot which kinda had a bed but that was too hard for my guest bedroom. I have contemplated a lot to buy a mattress or not cos a mattress would increase the height by 6-8 inches which might be uncomfortable for adults. Then I started searching and accidentally bumped into mattress toppers and among the ones that I sorted, Frido and Sleepsmith got into my list based on the review count and the review authenticity respectively. I attempted to get a 72x48x2 and ordered one and after I received I found that actually a 75x48 would fit. I reached out to the seller and Mr Raghav (about whom I read in almost every review) answered and in whatsapp he engaged a conversation with the details and inquired about all the needs. He gently advised to return the ordered item and asked me to place the one that I required but unfortunately 75x48 was not listed. Mr Raghav asked me to order another 72x48 and mentioned that he would send me 75x48 at the same cost and he did. I received it today and I m glad to enjoy the comfort and the service with the product and the seller. The quality of the topper remains as good as it can be for the price and I will look forward to more peaceful sleep on this.Thank you Raghav.

Recently purchased the topper in King Size after a lot of research. While most of the toppers advertize memory foam, this one also has a carbon infused cloud foam which gives the mattress extra softness and provides good support. The product comes vacuum packed and is available in various sizes. Mr. Raghav Gupta the owner is very helpful and interacts directly with the clients which is a welcome change from dealing with customer service. He is very promt in his response and even ready to customize the product according to individual customer needs. The topper comes with its own cover which is anti-slip. It also has straps which ensure that the topper remains in place and does not shift while sleeping. I would recommend the topper to people who want a softer feel to their mattress.
