Great case. Space saver. Get it!
I travel quite a bit. I used to bring my deck with me everywhere but found the case to be very bulky and this one is soooo much slimmer. Still protection wise it’s fantastic. Fell many times due to my son reaching for the deck and letting it fall… the magnet cover is a great design. You just pop off the front and play. Once you’re done playing, you put the front back in 2 seconds… get it!

Case fits well but joystick cushions are too small
Besides the fact that I only got one joystick cushion It was too small for the joysticks on my steam deck... Other than that the case fits wellscreen cover has a clip to keep it closed and a magnet attachment not so sure it will stay on too well and protect the screen at all in case of a drop but it does look nice and I have never dropped my steam deck so that is less of a concern... I can easily buy a screen protector for it... All in all it is so much better than the silicone skin that I bought for it as that was ill-fitting and made it difficult for a certain button presses...

Great low profile case
The upgraded version is great. I read that the lid doesn't close securely but I have no problems attaching the magnet and closing the lid securely repeatedly. It was easy to get set up.

Smallest Steam Deck protection possible
I have used this on both a regular Steam Deck and an OLED edition, and I am happy with both. It doesn't offer quite as much protection as the standard Steam Deck case, but it is MUCH, MUCH smaller - the trade-off is worth it to me. I love that the cover is magnetic and can be easily removed - I usually use the cover when carrying the Steam Deck in my backpack during travel, and pitch the cover off to the side as soon as I am home.Works great - very well designed!
