I spent ages looking for a simple stand for my iPhone 5c that would allow the charging cable to be connected whilst it was in the stand. Turns out there's not many out there, but this certainly fits the bill.On a positive note the stand is very sturdy and has four rubber feet that prevents it sliding about. It's the perfect size for my phone and has another couple of rubber cushions where the phone sits to prevent scratches. It accommodates the standard Apple lightning cable no problem by inserting it through the gap in the bottom of the 'shelf'. I wish however there was a slot in the front edge of the shelf that the phone sits on, so that it could be placed on the stand with the cable already attached. As it is you have to thread the cable through before attaching to the phone.The only slight negative is that the finishing could be a little better. The side edges of the metal are a little sharp and the black coating on mine had some minor scratches. Oh, and be aware that the vendor is in Hong Kong so expect longer delivery times. Still at this price (I paid £4.50) you can't complain too much. Overall very happy and I would buy again.

I bought this item as I wanted to use my Apple trackpad in the vertical rather than horizontal orientation. This is because I was getting a strain from using the trackpad and constantly hovering my hand for scrolling. There are mice that allow you to use the 'handshake' orientation which relieves the stress but I couldn't find a solution for the Apple trackpad. So I came up with the idea of an iPad/tablet holder as a way to achieve this. And this stand does the job. The only downside is that it is small so the trackpad is mostly exposed to the air. What this means is that if I don't reach for it with some care I can send it flying from the stand (the trackpad now has some serious cracks but still works fine--I think it received extra damage because it was being knocked by me onto the monitor stand, an angular object more likely to have a point of impact). So it's far from ideal for this role but the best I could find. Of course, this isn't a review for using the stand as a viewing stand. For that role, I think it would work fine for a phone but maybe not so good for a tablet (it's quite narrow). I'd love a larger version of this stand.

I wanted a nice, sturdy little stand for my 5.5" phone and my Kindle to put on my nightstand next to the bed and this looked like the perfect product. I'd say it basically met those expectations. Its not huge, but its solid metal and has grips on the bottom that together keep it from shifting around too easily. I can easily lay my phone/Kindle upright or sideways on it and the ability to have the charging cord plugged in in either orientation is great. The soft pads on the cradling part are also a well thought out inclusion to keep from accidentally scratching your device.The only other thing I could ever want from a stand like this is some adjustability, but that's ok. It does exactly what I need it to and it does it well. Delivery did take a while, but again, that's ok. It was certainly cheap enough that I don't feel its worth complaining about.

I bought this to hold my phone (HTC Desire HD) at work so I could charge and listen to music. The pictures make it look perfect for the job as it has a hole at the bottom which allow the charger and headphone cable to be inserted into the bottom of the phone. The problem is there isn't anywhere near enough clearance to allow the plugs to be inserted making it pretty pointless. It really needs to be higher off the ground.The holder itself looks nice enough. It feels a bit rough though. It has some pads where the phone touches the holder, not confident I won't scratch the phone when putting on or taking off.The phone seems steady enough, not perfect but ok. I have it on it's side just now (because of issue above) and it has now problem in this position.

Comes without the 'ECandy' branding on it which was also a plus for me.This was ideal for me as my phone is not popular on the market therefore there is no charging dock of such for it. I needed a stand which I could place the phone in but also have it charging. This fits the bill perfectly.The platform in which the phone rests is high enough from the surface that you can get a charger under it and position your phone on the stand.Looks stylish and a small price, very pleased all round.

A very sturdy stand which comes with anti slip pads which holds your phone in position well. It's a fixed position stand but with the aid of the pads you change the angle of your phone slightly (attempted to show in the pictures).Excellent little stand, especially for the price :)

Just what I needed. I had a flimsy folding plastic one, but since I don't really take it with me anywhere, this solid holder is much better for use in the kitchen while cooking. The angle is good, it holds an LG G2 in a fat protective case just fine. It's nice to have the phone raised. The rubber feet are really grippy, so no sliding. It holds the phone securely both vertically and horizontally, with and without a charging cable connected. So, a really neat little product!

When i open the box, i was completely surprised with the build quality. I was expecting something which is more plasticy considering the price (so cheap btw). I believe this stand is made of metal or some sort, which gives it good weight and stability to support any size and weight of any devices. Happy with it, and I can see I'll be using this thing for a long time.The only cons is the long shipping time. But knowing that this was shipped from China all the way to UK, and I just refuse to pay extra for a faster shipping, this wont affect all the pros this stand has.
