So-so.
On a hard, flat surface it's almost as if I'm putting too much pressure down on this to let it roll easily. Additionally the size of it is smaller than I had anticipated (I'm not great with measurements) so the hand grips are placed closer together than my shoulders are which also makes it a little more difficult. I have found it's easier to operate if I lay down against it with my forearms, but then you have to be careful to keep it straight so it doesn't roll off to one side or the other. It does work your muscles though, if you can figure out the best way to utilize it.

It’s small, and hard plastic, and THIS THING SUCKS
I’ve been looking at this for quite a while, and to me anyway, the pictures always made it look like the surface (upper layer) was padded. It is not padded, this thing is hard molded plastic…. Not easy on the knees, but luckily, my other ab roller came with a knee pad, and I upgraded to a bigger pad, so I’ll be using the smaller one with this roller….On to the problem with this and other similar rollersThe wheels are very small, like the diameter of a US quarter… yes… a George Washington quarter….The wheels are also not attached, and they do not permanently attach… the casters they are on just press into the base on the bottom and can easily be removed by gripping the caster and sliding them out the same way you slid them inThe casters are ultimately what make this item a huge fail. Because they swivel based on the direction you are pushing the roller they are really designed to do that in only one direction. So if you are using it for your knees, as you pull your knees towards your chest, the casters swivel to flip in the other direction. This means that at a certain point, they are sideways as you are pulling your knees to your chest. That sideways pivot causes the whole platform to tip and drag. Then…. Once you have your knees at your chest and you go to push your knees back down so you are in a prone position, they have to pivot the other direction…. Which causes them to pivot and at some point turn sideways and that causes the platform to tip and drag… again….This happens repeatedly each time you change direction, and makes the platform unusable for me anyway. I’m returning it.

Defective wheels, hard to roll
Got a defective product and was very pleased with the service after the new product was sent to me. Wheels worked great! Product received next day. Nice!

The wheels are very small
The wheels are not very durable. I feel it will not support much weight to use for exercise. They should be a bit larger or more robust.

Not the expected quality and no knee mat
The surface area is very small and the grips on the sides do not feel secure so the plastic moves as you are using it and it pinches the skin...would not recommend.
