Blood Rage Board Game Base Game

A cool game, some of the pieces come a bit bent since there is that much to package into a relatively small box, but that doesn't bother me too much, I am more so interested in the gameplay. The game is really fun and interesting, came up with some rules to play as 2 person teams with each clan which works well.Think this will become a fast favourite for myself at least.

Cmon do it again. The Minnie's are amazing and so detailed. Can play 2 player as well. Very well put together. A great game to add to the collection

Best miniatures in my collection by far! Production of this game is top notch. The game is a deep area control with card drafting. Combats is resolved like in Cosmic Encounters. Length of a game is not too long, 1 hour and half I'd say. Game experience is one of the best I had so far. Recommended.

Love this game, it is the perfect balance of tactics and luck for me. The draft phase let's you choose your cards per era, with both luck and skill/tactics needed to choose your strategy for this era. The scalability for 2 players is handy too, without the need for a medium/big setup you are able to play blood rage. This is done by certain cards, signified by a small number in the middle left, saying how many players+ are needed for that card to be kept in the deck. If the number is more than the number of players it is removed.The game let's you pit your clan against your foes, unleashing monsters and upgrading your units you see your way to victory by gaining the most glory.

I got this game just for the miniatures inside and wow they are awesome. The large minis are insanely good quality and the smaller minis are also very good, they have some small issues but nothing you wouldnt expect from the material.I'm very happy with my purchase, I have more nordic style barbarians than I know what to do with and that makes me a very happy DM

Brilliant game , all of the parts are well made and the models are second to none. The game play is fast as furious as easy to learn

The best board game miniatures I have seen. The game has a good mix of card drafting, placement and strategy. Complex for players who have never played risk, catan or any such board games.

This game looks beautiful. The artwork is superb. The initial setup is fairly straightforward. But learning to play the game takes some time. There are various YouTube tutorials available which helped a great deal. Just be prepared to spend a couple hours reading, absorbing and understanding how Blood Rage works before you actually will be able to play it in a coherent way.A couple of gripes about the game components are: the cards are very small and difficult to hold for adult-sized hands (the box says this is not a toy for children, so I wonder why the cards are so tiny and difficult to handle). The minifigures are detailed and very nice, however they are all the same colour. The way you differentiate your figures from your opponents are to place a different coloured plastic snap-on stand on the bottom of each. Why not just make each clan's figures a different colour plastic?This game is by the same designer as the wonderful Warhammer Chaos in the Old World. It could take a page from that game and make the figures more colourful (easy to tell apart).This game is fun and worth the time if you have the patience and like Vikings. However, for an expensive product which is marketed to adults, the components should be bigger, and less flimsy. The sails fall off the ships straight away, and the spears of the figures are all bent.This isn't a bad game, it's just over-priced for what it is, and I don't think it's really worth the money.
