Really nice box cover great film!
Love this film if you liked the first one you will enjoy it. Not as good as the first but still a fun journey with all your favourite characters.

Excellent sequel.
I really enjoyed the first of these movies and thought the second was every bit as good. The storyline probably had more chance to grow now all the characters are 'known' to the movie audience and this I think helped make the movie. I am a particular fan of Dave Bautista's Drax who is very witty and a good comic character. The effects/graphics are sensational- Baby Groot in particular is a highlight (how they get the sparkle in his eyes and the innocence is beyond me) and the soundtrack again is awesome. I won't spoil the story but if you enjoy Marvel movies, this is a definite highlight.

A sequel can be better
The first film was good, and although the concept was not new, earthling kidnapped and brought up in space, it was only a minor part of the first film. The concept is expanded upon in the second film and do very well.It retains the humour of the first film and takes it further.Open a bag of your favorite snack, sit back and enjoy. The plot may be a bit sketchy, but it is just entertainment from start to finish, in fact have a second bag of your favorite snack for the blooper reel :)

'MARVEL'S' GUARDIANS RETURN TO LIGHT-UP THE BIG-SCREEN'
In truth the first in the Guardians series was always going to be a hard act to follow in this the second we findour heroes having to flee Ayesha (Elizabeth Debicki) leader of the Sovereign Race after Rocket (voiced by BradleyCooper) steals batteries the Guardians had been hired to protect in exchange for Gamora's (Zoe Salanda) estrangedsister Nebula (Karen Gillian) who had been imprisoned by Sovereign for attempting to steal the precious commodity. In the battle that follows with help from a mystery source the attacking drones are destroyed though the Gaurdiansvessel badly damaged and crash land on a planet. The fast talking Rocket and Baby Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel) stay behind to try and repair the ship and guard Nebulawhile Star-Lord Quill (Chris Pratt) Gamora and the power-house Drax (Dave Bautista) are invited to join Ego (Kurt Russell)who claims to be Quill's father at his own home planet nearby.Meanwhile the shady Yondu (Michael Rooker) and his crew are hired by Ayesha to capture the Guardians, they captureRocket but Yondu faces a mutiny which see's both him and Rocket imprisoned on board their ship by Taserface (ChrisSullivan) with Nebula's help, thankfully Groot with the help of one of Yondu's loyal crew-members will attempt to freethem.Meanwhile on Ego's planet Quill is being introduced to the wonders of his god-like fathers creation on his self-indulgentlydesigned planet. When Ego reveals secrets of the past and his vision of the future Quill begins to realise that he wants no part of it andknows that Ego must be stopped. In the mayhem that follows an unlikely hero will emerge. There are indeed as was the case in the first of the series several comic moments, though i feel in some ways they triedtoo hard to replicate the humour of the first, however with the mix of some popular tracks of yesterday, some good visualaction and special effects certainly worthy of a viewing though maybe not the equal of the first in my view. For me, Baby Groot was the star of the show....Pretty sure the series will continue for some time to come...

Baby Groot rules.
Just got the Blu-ray today.Brilliant movie.Just as good as the the first.Great effects, clearly shot with plenty of action.Baby Groot of course steals the show but Dave Bautista is once again so funny and steals most of the best lines.Nice to see Kurt Russell and Stallone also.No one who saw the first one will be disappointed with this.Bradley Cooper should be given a mention for his voice work on Racoon.A joy from beginning to end with an absolute top notch soundtrack.Enough special features also for the movie geeks.Roll on volume 3.

Highly entertaining and funny - a terrific film
One of the great films of our time. The acting is great, the storyline fulfilling and the CGI is terrific. Humour is found throughout the whole film and I found it to be really funny. I watch films to be entertained and this one hit the nail on the head. I genuinely hope they make another one. If you want to put your feet up and chill out with an entertaining film then this one fits the bill. A brilliant film. I would highly recommend it.

A fantastic continuation of the Guardians journey throughout the Galaxy
Fantastic film, easily as good as the first film and continues to build the Guardians into the Marvel universe and expand it further than ever before. A great fun filled action film that everyone will enjoy. One of the better Marvel releases. I think being able to pick characters that not many except the die-hard Marvel fans would have known about pre the first film gives them so much room to do great things. Can't wait for Infinity War and Vol. 3.
