Q: What is the waist size for Xl and l in Inches

Very little as experienced the waist size between Medium and XL Either will fit you. A few sheets of crumpled Jumbo sized kitchen roll will increase the level of absorption. Pull down the front for a quick pee.

Q: Can these pants be used in conjunction with level 3 Tena pads please?

the pants don't need additional pads they are designed to be worn on their own. However if you need level 3 they may not be sufficient to ware alone and you should be able to put a pad inside but there would be more cost effective ways

Q: Do these come in a larger size

In my experience the medium size will fit tightly around normal XL. I would try the largest size possible.

Q: Can you go for a pee like you do with normal pants when wearing these?

Depends what you mean by "normal pants". It's doesn't have a Y-front type opening. To pee, you have to push down the waist band. That's easy to do, but if you're looking for an opening, you'll need to look elsewhere.

Ideal for minor dribbles although I don't know how they would cope with more.Very comfortable and look good with no ugly embarrassing pads needed. The down side is they are expensive so I can't afford to use them daily
