Absolutely love this flat iron. Only issue I have is the button location. Other than that my silk press on natural hair is everything. No heat damage or reversion here. Love the fact that I didn't have to spend a fortune replacing my other expensive iron. Same quality without the expensive markup.

This flatrion is the truth! Best buy I've purchased in a long time. My hair is really thick and I can do one pass on 400 degrees with no problems. I tried it at the default setting 380 but had to do a second pass. I also don't use really small sections so I'm sure if I did 380 would've worked. I love the fact that it heats up very quickly, doesn't snag my hair, and it does a good job of leaving my hair nice and shiny. I'm impressed by this flatiron, especially for the price.

I am very happy with my purchase. It took me a while to use it as the weather hasn't been conducive to straight hair for me lol. The only thing I'm not used to yet is the swivel cord. It keeps turning on me. My other straightener didn't swivel. So, I just need some practice. Otherwise it's a nice product.

This flat iron made me hair straight like when i come from the Dominican salon or get a silk press. It laid my naps down and did It in one stroke. That’s bomb!

My Chi broke after 5 years of occasional use. I like high quality hair tools, took a chance and ordered this. I was very surprised by the high quality of this product; it is quite an upgrade from my Chi. Digital controls are very nice, you can customize the temperature down or up in 10 degree increments. At a low setting of 320 degrees, it defrizzes and smooths my fine hair and I really feel comfortable it does not damage it (hair is not hot to the touch after). The coated plates glide through my hair like BUTTER and do not pull-out or tug my hair like my chi did. The cord is of industrial quality and should certainly last the test of time. The mechanism to lock it closed is quite nice. The customizable auto-off option is also great. Default auto off is 90 minutes. If you set it for less than 90 minutes (options as low as 30 minutes) and unplug the unit it will NOT keep your setting. Plates heat up lightening fast, much faster than my Chi. At this point, am very glad my Chi broke. I wouldn't have even known this product existed.

I previously had a chi ceramic flat iron that - honestly - I was never very impressed with for my thick, coarse, wavy hair.I saw the reviews on this flat iron and couldn’t believe the price. I figured I’d give it a try; the worst that could happen would be I lost out on ~$40.As you can see in the picture, this iron got my hair quite straight. I’ve been using it for about a week, and I truly love it!

Having over-processed dry hair, I look for irons with variable heat settings. I love that this flat iron has settings from dry damaged hair all the way to high heat for healthy thick hair. And once I set the temperature, it automatically returns to that same temperature the next time it gets plugged in. It heats up super quickly, which is so important in the morning, as I'm usually running late !!!
