I really enjoyed this pill. I have tried to buy it a couple times and it has been sold out or unavailable. The flavor is not too over the board to where it is disgusting or artificial. It helps when you burp, which is inevitable with fish pills, but it has a slight strawberry taste.

Did little for me.

Great fish oil.

No burps. Perfect. Other brands I've bought give you stank fish burps. Gross. Not these ones though. I recommend them highly if you need or want to take fish oil for your health. Where would we be if it was for omega 3?! Fish oil is the best for hair, skin, etc. Try it!! Amazing stuff it is...

My doctor recommended I take a fish oil supplement with high omega 3's. She explained that many fish oils have low omegas and don't make much a difference for cognitive function. I found this AlaskOmega brand fish oil and I've been happy with it so far plus I LOVE the strawberry flavor!
