Does the job; operates at full 10Gb speed
Working great for connecting a Ubiquiti UDM Pro to the Internet service provider’s 10Gb fiber modem. Speeds are as expected. Easy install, reasonable price, and quick delivery.

Does It All
Works as advertised in a QNAP M3216R-8S8T switch. Had to do a simple reboot after the initial installation, and it's been fine since March of 2024. Unit is on 24/7. Gets close to rated speed and steady transfer of large backup images (30-68GB) on my 10GbE copper network with nvme ssds at each end. Insertion fit is easy, yet snug. Locks easily. Barely warm to the touch, not hot like many other SFP+ modules. Quite pleased with it... will purchase more as the network expands.

Out of four, one failed less than a year in.
Bought four of these about a year ago. Out of the four, one failed on me. Luckily I only really needed three and one was just for swapping in case it fails. I'd only trust these with actual Omada equipment. I am running the four of them on a TPlink TL-SX3008F and all four of them are compatible with it. Speed wise - I get the full speed from it. Running Wifi 6 Omada APs and I max them out. I can't complain that it's compatible with my setup. I would prefer some feedback when I plug in and hear the click from my ethernet going in when I connect it. I'll have to see what TP link support says about warranty on this.

Works well
Works well. Better than the units they replaced. No issues so far.

works fine in my tp-link omada gear
It works just fine at 1Gbps, 2.5Gbps, and 10Gbps on all of my tp-link gear. I bought some other brands on amazon that were a bit cheaper and one year in, three out of the 15 of the other brand have failed. I can't get ahold of that company for replacements.So far, tp-link has done me right in all of my interactions so I was pleased to find these modules

Perfect 10G-base T SPF+ Transceiver that runs fairly cool
I needed this SFP+ transceiver for my TP-Link TL-SX3206HPP, which is an awesome PoE++ switch. The four RJ45 ports on that switch powered my WiFI 7 Ruckus R770 APs, and this SFP+ transceiver went into one of the two SPF+ ports on the switch. This worked perfectly to uplink at 10G to my Netgear M4300-16x switch. The SPF+ transceiver is only slightly warm, unlike others which can almost burn you. It works perfectly and highly recommended!

junk
Bought four of these to work with TP-Link TL-SX3206HPP | 6 Port 10G L2+ Managed PoE Switch | 4 PoE++ Port @200W, 2 x 10G SFP+ Slots switch. All were brand new. All failed to work with a 1G cat5 Ethernet connection.
