Purchased this item in November of 2017. It worked perfectly until March 2 of 2018 when it just shut off and would not come back on, conveniently just outside of their January 31 return policy so we can't even exchange it.

Donating this because I never use it? How many of you have Amazon products you buy but don't ever use...? Something to think about.This melts wax, but it's a chore to clean, so I'm getting rid of it, unless I can find some other use for it--maybe melting broken crayons together.

This wax machine is extremely efficient because it shows the temperature of the wax. Many wax machines do not have a digital reading of the wax temperatures. The temperature is easily adjustable by using the knob. It includes a metal bowl to melt the wax beads.

I'm no professional, but for my needs it works exactly how I need it to! It's a good size, it's easy to use, and my wax reached the desired temperature even sooner than the manual said it would. I think it's a good buy!

Used once. By the second time I wanted to use it, the warmer turned on but when I went back to check on it, it was off. Unplugged And plug back in and it didn’t turn on again. Thought it was the outlet so I switch to different outlet and still didn’t work. Don’t waste your $. Now I’m stuck with a broken warmer.

It works well and melts the wax really fast without getting it too hot. Just warm enough for the skin to handle. I love this wax pot!

Bought this wax warmer used it once, turning it on for the 2nd time and it doesn’t turn on.No seller information on the box for warranty replacement.

Works very well. Had it for over a year and still no problems. Digital makes easy for monitoring temps. Regulates temp well.
