Umani sugar. Absolutely necessary for making Pad Thai and useful for sweetening your own instant cocoa from drinking cocoa like Drost and just add hot water and a good dash of half and half. Adds some extra flavor, with less sugar blast, and you can also add some stevia or monk fruit. This is all nice if you are allergic to that instant cocoa that comes in packets and has God know what in it.

This Product Needs to Come Back!
This is the best sugar that I've ever tasted. It does not affect my insulin levels and it tastes great in coffee. I haven't been able to buy this for at least a month. Good thing I stocked up. Today's notice says that it's still out of stock and Amazon doesn't know if it's discontinued or not. I won't know what I'm going to do if it doesn't come back. Help!

my go-to coffee sugar
I was looking for a better alternative to regular cane sugar for my coffee. Most things I've tried had extra taste or - like xylotol - some extra impact (the anti-bacterial properties also can affect gut health). I wanted an actual sugar, but a better option, and eventually found this. It doesn't have any taste impact. It's a bit to pricey to use for cooking, etc. but for sweetening my morning coffee, it does the job well.

Stronger taste than I hoped for
It's darker than other coconut sugar I have used before. I made cookies today and I found the colour and taste were affected in a negative way, somewhat overwhelming.
