True non stick
I wasn't sure if I could find a replacement for my caphalon set. My saute pan got ruined after 8 years of use and this is the exact same one. It's made to last. I probably use this pan more than any other one in my set

Better than the pans sold in a set
Much better quality than the one I got in a set. Nothing sticks to it. Easy clean-up. I use this pan several times a week. Very versatile.

This is a very nice well made pan. I wanted a pan a little smaller in diameter with higher sides. I was replacing another pan from T-Fal that I wore out. I can make it work but still will always search for small sauté pan for soups and sauces.

Best ever!
For two people I use this pan for numerous meals. Love the “side” height. Great for braising and then finishing meat (chops, chicken breast, sausages) . Clean up super easy. I may get the larger size, too. For larger meals.
