Excellent quality pan for home cooks
I wanted a “buy it for life” stainless steel saucier to improve my sauce game. After researching many brands, I chose the Made In 3 quart size.Yes it is a bit pricey but I expect to use it for 20 years.- it’s 5 ply stainless steel with solid riveting. I did not want a cheesy nonstick pan with plastic handle.- Came with a lid. Not all brands offer a lid.- Safe to put in oven, they say up to 800 degrees but I won’t be doing that!- Not too heavy to pick up and move around. Nice long fluted handle, easy to grip with a kitchen towel.- Scratch resistant, though it will pick up a patina over time. Don’t use anything other than stainless steel cleaner or Bar Keeper’s Friend to maintain it. No steel wool or chain cleaners!- Works on an induction cooktop.I use mine to make sauces, for quickly sauteeing a chicken breast, to caramelize onions, to make rice and to dress pasta in sauce. It’s a wonderful pot and definitely has improved my home cooking. Well, that and watching Gordon Ramsey videos.

Versatile & beautiful
This is my first purchase of a pricey pan - at nearly $200 a single pan, I sure am expecting it to be of good quality and want it to last more than just a couple of years. Also, my first time trying out this company Made In. I can't comment about the longevity of it yet, only almost a month in, but so far I do like it a lot. Very versatile - I can make stir fry, pan grilled dishes, baked dishes and even soup due to its wonderful depth. The size is great addition for my small family of 3 for when I make batch food, and serves well for when I'm hosting a dinner with friends (usually 6-10). Also really like the lid being all stainless steel, not glass. It's not light, but the weight isn't heavy enough to cause strain to my wrist & lower back when lifting and washing. Pictures are of my first time using it. Was making stroganoff and this browned the meat (almost 2lbs) perfectly. No complains. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality all-stainless steel pan.

Great value!
This is a very nice looking and well constructed pot. It is superconductive and heats up very quickly. Water boils in minutes in it. The handle stays cool when cooking. I cook a lot and I appreciate having well-made equipment like this pot. Made In has a video that everyone should watch regarding how to cook and clean using stainless steel pots.

My Induction Stove Review
I received my pan yesterday and was so looking forward to using it. I have an induction stove so I always boil water first to test the pan. Unfortunately this pan did not pass the test BUT I cannot really blame it on the pan because I had the same problem with the Always Pan. I think it may be that my stove is an older induction stove but I can’t be sure. I don’t have any problem with my stainless steel All Clad pans or cast iron pans. At any rate I am sadly returning the pan. I am giving it a 5 star rating because it is a beautiful pan, the quality is great, it is made in Italy, not China and I don’t want to fault the company because of my stove. I know if it had worked on my stove I would have loved cooking with it! 😢

Well worth the money
I have a few other Made In pans and skillets, I love the quality. I’ve had this one for over a year now and it is my go-to for one pot meals.

Professional quality pan but large
Very nice pan That heats evenly. The only caveat is that this pan is rather large for most standard cooktops. Would recommend buying the 3 quart first. Pan may be a bit heavy for cooks that don’t have a lot of hand strength. Try the Made In 3 quart Saucier..
