Update:the company replaced my broken one with the new updated model, I already notice a difference in it! Great customer support.I mostly love this product. It’s kinda flat, barely thicker than the phone cameras so it stays flat on the table. The finger holder works great and doesn’t hurt after a while of use. The magnet is strong but the protective sticky lost its stick and is coming off the phone. The stand is strong but with in less than 12 months it has broken and now freely swings with zero resistance, ultimately unusable and will need to be replaced.

I was a little hesitant to buy this phone grip. It looked a little flimsy. But I was wrong. It's actually pretty sturdy. My phone isn't mag so I had to put on the magnet ring. The adhesive seems strong. I took off the grip, put it back on and rotated it a few times. Magnetic ring didn't budge. My fav thing about this grip is the extra straps it comes with. The strap itself doesn't feel too loose and I can easily put my finger through it. It's nice to know I have back ups in case it snaps. The ring part is a nice feature also, it makes my phone stand up higher than a regular grip. I have an oh snap 1.0 and they don't make these anymore. Not a fan of the new oh snap and I didn't want to pay 30 something for it. This is a great alternative I'd say. Only downside is it doesn't stick to metal like my oh snap. But I can live without that part.

This company customer service is pretty awesome. I bought this magone phone stand. It comes with extra& different silicone bands.I was glad because I know silicone isn’t always reliable when it comes to bands. But I was surprised it came with extras.Read/keep instructions as the warranty information tells you what to do.My silicone first strap broke and the older version the clasp that holds the strap to ring kept falling off. I followed replacement instructions. Which was filling out an online form and sending your Amazon order number. And in less than a week I had a new (upgraded -no clasp snaps it’s built into the ring) replacement. I didn’t have to send old one back. The upgraded version also hasn’t chipped like the old version.Customer service sent a follow up email to make sure I was happy. gratitude for buying product. & offered me a discount code for another if I wanted. I accepted it as my daughter wanted one after she saw mine.1 day later I had a discount code & I have ordered my daughter one.The stand is great it is stiff so it will hold position and not move once you have it positioned. I love the color. It’s a multitasker. It is a phone stand and a finger grip. Comes with different straps varying in shape &stretch for your preference. I am really happy with this product. Customer service is via email/online. The company stands by their warranty.

With each drop, this falls off my case and one piece comes off. I'm always scrambling to find that clip. And now the clip is gone/lost. As others have commented you can’t charge thru it - so in order to wireless charge you have to slide this off and hope to not lose this elusive small clip.The magnet is strong and metal is rigid and feels great. Nothing feels cheap about this, but it comes off too easily. Paint wear is also evident on black version.
