Beware of MISSING, and WRONG Power cord:1. I've contacted the seller now twice about the missing part. NO REPLY! Though this part was not a crucial part for the printer, it didn't hinder the printer with a substitute bic pen cut to length to use as the "REQUIRED SPACER" for the track on the printer bed.2. The cord that came with the power supply was a European style slanted 3 prong. NOT a US Standard Plugin.Printer:The 3d Printer is finicky. The surface of the printer doesn't give you a true flat level surface do too the 3 position leveling. one side can be off set on the another side in the back of the print area. Also has issues with being true flat. I suggest going to the hardware store and having a peace of tempered glass cut to the size of the printer bed. Then raise the stop on the bottom up just a bit to compensate for the glass you add. You will have plenty of room to raise it 0/10mm. Also. I suggest getting one of them 5mm self centering flexible couplers. the tubing to keep the z-axis bar slightly gives. can cause slight imperfections. Or try slapping a few zip ties to it. Not the ones they provide. They are CHEAP! You might need to buy a bag of them to replace the CHEAP zip ties they provide.Good hobby printer to start with. Not the one you're looking for if you plan on printing bigger objects/parts.Gave three stars:NO COSTUMER REPLY FOR MISSING PARTS.

Lots of peaks and tweaks broke parts when shipped out low quality parts even for a cheap devices. But does part fairly well

I got mine and assembled and was missing a part, after contacting the company I was able to get the part rather quickly considering the distance the part traveled. After getting the part I had to go to the hard where store to buy some plastic tubing and heat shrink rap like for electrical wires to get the rod for the z axis to move with the z axis motor, after that fix I still couldn’t get my prints to make it past 50% completion, this was my fault never having printed before, I learned from YouTube videos that using glue in my tape for the base plate along with making sure I could move a piece of paper with a tiny bit of resistance when sliding it between the nozzle and the base plate to make sure there an appropriate distance between the nozzle from the base plate. After implementing these two things I have been printing like crazy and couldn’t be happier, sure it makes some weird noises sometimes but I have been printing on it for quite a few months and I have probably printed for at least 300 hours and almost 3 2lb pounds of filament I am looking in to a new nozzle as some of the filament I am using is known to cause some extra wear on the nozzle, I have printed all the table numbers for my wedding with this printer.
