A mouse is a mouse, right? What more is there to say?As a result, when I needed a new mouse I chose this one and that was mostly because I'd bought other UGREEN products before and been impressed - I would even go so far as to say I was a bit of a fan. However, this one, I'm afraid, does not do quite as well as the othersMy main gripe is the reliability of the USB receiver, which seems to disable itself whenever I plug another device into one of the other USB ports on my laptop. It's just a bit annoying to plug in your hard drive and then realise you have to unplug and then replug in your mouse receiver as well.And it's not the laptop as it all worked fine with the previous mouse.The other thing I am not sure about is the slight tendency of the tracking wheel to jump. If I am scrolling down, I sometimes find that when I finish scrolling it jumps back up a few lines or a half page, which is a bit annoying. I admit it seems to do it more when I am scrolling a long way, so a few extra turns of the scrolling wheel probably don't matter but it is a bit confusing to track the document as it whizzes by and find out you're not scrolling as far or as fast as you think you are.I'm not convinced it is entirely a low-battery issue as a new battery fixes it - but only temporarily, and it quite soon comes back (ie before the battery is anywhere close to running out).Finally we come to a couple things to do with personal preference:- Firstly, the sleep-mode says it improves battery life by up to 18 months... well, I'm not sure I need that - and it certainly isn't doing anything about the wheel-scrolling-jumping issue I mentioned above. Besides, actually I think I prefer just coming back to my laptop and having the mouse working instantly, rather than having to do some sort of bizarre mouse-wiggling-and-tapping-rolling-scrolling routine, accompanied by various 'tutting' and swearing noises in order to get the cursor moving again.- Secondly, ergonomically, I don't have the world's biggest hands or anything, but I think I have come to realise that I prefer a slightly higher-profile mouse with a more rounded body than this one.Overall, this is a mouse. It does mouse things. It doesn't do anything too badly that I am rushing to ignore my sustainability or money worries and just chuck it in the bin. But when it comes to replacing it I probably won't buy another one.

The good :- ergonomically fine- pointer control is good- wakeup is fine- product quality seems goodThe bad :- For me the scroll-wheel is heavy compared to my previous mice.- Scrolling often jumps a few lines the wrong way before settling downBoth minor quibbles, but if you use a mouse all day, it gets to be irritating, and one would expect mouse technology to be so stable now that these things are never an issue any more. I will be switching to another brand.As previous reviewer, I've also had very good experience with other ugreen products, but maybe mice are not their bread-and-butter...

I have used wireless products like this for several years and this is a perfectly good mouse. I can't vouch for the 18 month battery life claim as I have only had it a short time.

I bought this for my husband's old Windows 7 pc as every wired mouse he tried to use malfunctioned in one way or another. This worked as soon as it was switched on, and so far has been perfect.

I bought this as a replacement as my previous mouse stopped working. It works well with my Windows 10 laptop.
