Excellent taste and I will buy again, BUT these things are crazy expensive and are very watery. Wish they would PACK more sauce wit less water and let us thin it out if we need it that way. If I ever find a similar tasting product that don't rip us off with extra water I will switch.

Had to get 3 on amazon as a minimum, then saw it for sale for 1 bottle for less cost at whole foods.However, i got to give 1 as a present to someone i wished to give one to anyway.Add 1 part red chili sauce i got on amazon (chinese writing red label 500gms green stripe near top)to 3 parts of the black bean sauce and people will think you are a great asian cook. Do not add anything else for spices, just fresh chopped garlic and ginger and onion with carrot and baby bok choy.

Outstanding product, very authentic flavor, great alternative for the Gluten Free consumer.

This sauce is one of the few that I don't add to or otherwise modify, I use it straight out of the jar. It's so good.

Way too sweet for me. My vegetables tasted like candied yams. I should have read the ingredients.

Delicious. Gluten free. Not cloying, too sweet, or weird. A bit on the expensive side but it is absolutely worth the money. Eight picky kids loved it and the adults as well. I'm leaving this product in my cart forever.
