Good option for protein snack, but flavor is not that great
This bar is actually a small (expensive) salami, which really did not impressed me taste wise. The flavor is quite sweet and salty, with a hint of cranberry and sunflower seeds inside. It's not as dry as beef jerky, nor chewy; it has some kind of juiciness. It's OK if you want to try out new snacks, but for me it's not a staple.

Not pork free
if you wanted to get this because you don't eat pork be aware this one has pork listed as an ingredient . I got it thinking that it was pork free.

Interesting! Didn't know what to expect! Nothing showed a picture of the actual bar (wish I'd taken a picture for you!) but it's a basic beef jerky "stick" or "bar" as they call it. The package you see in the photo is the top of the bar, the back is a vacuum sealed pressed meat/goody formed stick about 5" long and an inch wide (off the top of my head). It was moist and very good! Tasted healthy and fresh and wasn't greasy as I kind of expect most moist meat items to be (like slim jims--they're oily and gross to me). Kinda pricy, but really excellent quality and taste!

not sure what I was expecting, but this was just okay at best. flavor, size, texture - absolutely nothing about it was better than "meh". I adore jerky, meat snacks and cured meats of all kinds, so love to try new things. this was no better than something you'd pick up for 99 cents at the gas station.
