I bought a 10 pack in Clear, as I have Salt-n-Pepper hair.I have fine hair but a Lot of it, and it is past my shoulders. and these clips hold my hair in a bun perfectly with no pony tail holder. I love that they are Clear in color, so don't show against my hair, smooth in texture, so don't catch or get caught in my hair. These hold so many different hairs styles much better than bobby pins and with fewer of them. Great purchase and would buy these again.

I like to put my hair up in a bun when I work out, etc. and I have long, thick hair and bobby pins did not work. They just fell out. The "snap" & "clasp" barrettes also either fell out, or gave me a headache because I literally have to hold up so much hair. A friend of mine let me use these while we were on vacation together, and I was hooked! They are super easy to use and inexpensive, but durable. They work on all types of hair (my friend has curly, thin hair and they held her hair in place perfectly too). Don't wait a minute longer, just order them and you will see for yourself. UPDATE ADDED TO BOTTOM***It's hard to find any kind of hair accessories that hold thick, long, smooth-textured hair in place, particularly because I don't like to use hairspray. These pins actually do a really good job! Yesterday, I tried doing Princess Leia buns and used about 4-6 on each bun, and they held up 100%. I wasn't running or bouncing around, but there was zero slippage, and that is good enough for me. I'm happy with them and can recommend for my type of hair.*** I bought two packs of these pins because I wasn't sure how many I would need for styling and I also tend to lose hair accessories. They hold my hair in place better than any other product I've tried, but sometimes they snap. I have broken 3 so far. I still recommend them, but be careful about the angle you use to put them in and don't expect them to hold huge amounts of hair.

I use these to keep my hair in place during Civil War reenactments. Sometimes they fall out with my fine, silky hair, but they do work well overall.

They are really good functionally. I used them to secure the hair at nape of my neck underneath where I pin up my shoulder length hair with a clip. They help with securing the hair escaping from bottom. However, after multiple uses, they will break apart. They are cheap so you don’t feel so bad. I have ordered my second set now. I am debating whether I should just buy the more expensive brand next time.

These hair pins work great to keep your hair secure. They blend in nicely with all hair colors! Definitely will buy again

Great for thinner hair. Holds my twist all day. They are comfortable and do not pull . Absolutely love these.

I used these pins to hold up my hair, but they were unsuccessful in doing the job. I think they could be used as supplement pins to my metal 4" hair pins and they may help. I think most people don't have as thick hair as I do, perhaps it would work better for them.
